Johnson Point Cottages is a family owned business aimed at sharing our waterfront summer cottages on Cobbetts Pond located in Windham, New Hampshire. These cottages are ideal for family vacations. They are located close to markets, malls and attractions yet maintain the best of lake living.
Weekly rentals are available from May through September

Canoe Access
Guests are invited to use our canoes to explore Cobbett's Pond, or to use for fishing.
Johnson's Highland View Farm
Farm fresh eggs and vegetables are just a short walk (or drive!) up the hill. Not to mention the ice cream and service with a smile.
Griffin Park
Adjacent to Johnson's Farm, Griffin Park boasts a walking/running/biking track, a playground, basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields and soccer fields.
Canobie Lake Park
Just minutes from Canobie Lake Park, a clean and well loved amusement park with something for everyone.
NH-MA-ME Seacoast
In less than an hour drive you can put your toes in the Atlantic Ocean. Get your beach fix in Hampton NH or stroll through Portsmouth NH for neat shops and seafood on the docks of the Piscataqua River.
NH Mountains
The White Mountains are about a 2 hour drive north, but it is worth the day trip. Shopping outlets, yummy food, hiking trails, lift rides to summit, mountain coasters and more.
